Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No refunds for the current month's service. Future payments will be stopped.
Quarterly Programs
Cancellations within the first 14 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, a pro-rata refund may be issued, subject to a cancellation fee.
Annual Programs
Full refund if canceled within 30 days of enrollment. After 30 days, a partial refund will be calculated based on services rendered and an administrative fee.
